Creative Capital will work closely with CEO’s and their management teams to prepare them for the capital raising process. Once an investor has been identified, Creative Capital will assist with the negotiation of terms and conditions, due diligence and the legal documentation.

Creative Capital will also provide services after the investment to assist CEO’s with their investor relations, future capital raisings and the crystallisation of value for the exit of investors.
